With over twenty five years experience in HR and related fields, Matthew Davis is a qualified HR expert with a wealth of experience in all facets of the recruitment and HR processes, for SME's and Blue Chip firms alike.

Matthew's experience is extensive and includes a deep knowledge of psychology, executive search, change management, organisational development, behavioural change, leadership development, assessment centres, competency frameworks, organisational design, development centres, management due diligence and psychometric assessment for recruitment and selection.

Matthew is also experienced in recruitment process design, candidate sourcing and placement (on a retained basis).

Matthew has a Master's degree in Performance Management & Workplace Learning from the Centre for Labour Market Studies, University of Leicester.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and CIM. In addition to this, Matthew is British Psychological Society Level A and B (Intermediate Plus) qualified to use OPQ, Hogan suite, MBTI and FIRO B tools.
