Psychometric Assessment
Better Talent advised a leading healthcare charity on the suitability and organisational fit of candidates for a senior director role. Our consultant analysed the job profile, met the client, and designed an assessment process which identified:
1. Leadership capability and potential for each candidate
2. Future fit for promotion
3. The candidate’s motivation
4. Assessment of core skills and competencies
We then fed back the data to the candidates, prepared bespoke feedback reports with details of the assessments and attended the client selection panel to brief them and suggest suitable areas to probe further at client interview.
The outcome was a high quality hire with a focussed assessment of each candidate on the shortlist.
