We were tasked with recruiting fifteen Social Prescribing Link Workers for RUILS, to work within the Richmond National Health service GP team. After preparing all the necessary documents for the application process, we received over 200 CVs from candidates. We conducted two waves of interviews, shortlisting applicants for seven recruitment days of four candidates, to enable the selection of the final 15. Better Talent also provided a team member to play the part of a client in the Role playing exercise as part of the interview process.
